Krista McBride, PT
Physical Therapist

Krista received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in June of 2000.  She has been practicing physical therapy primarily in outpatient orthopedic clinics across the southeast and now returns to her native city of Louisville to join the Mulitcare Centre in providing
one-on-one, high quality treatments to her patients. 

Krista has attended a variety of continuing education courses, most of which focus on manual therapy of the spine and extremities.  Her unique skill set incorporates soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.  Krista is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapist Association, and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. 

Krista strives to find the source of people’s pain and to return them to a higher quality of life.  Whether eliminating pain, restoring movement, or returning individuals to their recreational activities, the goal of physical therapy under Krista’s care is to pursue her passion - improving peoples’ lives one patient at a time.
