Educational Background
Dr. Nan Crossgrove graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1983. She completed undergraduate studies at both the University of Connecticut and University of Louisville and is also a Masters Program graduate of the Spine Institute of San Diego. She held a post graduate internship at the Spinal Biomechanics Institute and has had extensive post graduate studies in Nutrition.

Dr. Crossgrove is a licensed chiropractic provider in Kentucky, Indiana, and Colorado with active private practices in Louisville and Southern Indiana since 1986. She specializes in spinal correction and rehabilitation, care and rehabilitation of injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, Biomeridian® Stress Analysis, with holistic nutritional, herbal, and homeopathic counseling.
Other Interests
Dr. Crossgrove resides in Southern Indiana and enjoys spending time with her family. Other interests include photography, art, horses, reading, and attending her daughter's various sporting events.
