Jenny has both a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and in Exercise Physiology. As a certified personal trainer for almost 7 years now, she has worked with individuals for weight loss to improve athletic performance as well as individuals who want to increase their fitness level. Jenny also worked for a cardiologist office for 3 years specializing in cardiac rehabilitation. She has taken seminars on Myofascial Release technique, scar management and recently completed a 12-week internship that focused on various bodywork techniques. She also completed another 12 week internship at KORT-The Hand Center which focused on treating fractures, nerve problems, tendonitis and arthritis conditions that affect the upper extremity and the hand. Jenny is experienced with integrating Myofascial Release, Reiki and reflexology into her treatment sessions.
