Branden A Bledsoe, APRN, MSN, NP-C

Branden A. Bledsoe is the founder of Louisville Integrative Primary Care and a licensed nurse practitioner. Louisville Integrative Primary Care is located at the Multicare Centre.   A native of Houston, Texas, Branden developed an interest for health and medicine at early age and in 2004 followed in his father’s footsteps by seeking a nursing degree. He attended Bellarmine University in Louisville where he earned his bachelor’s degree and subsequently earned his Masters of Science in Nursing in August of 2011.   As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Branden is licensed to perform physical exams, order diagnostic lab and radiographic tests and order prescription medications. Branden offers expertise in managing acute illness such as ear, nose, or throat ailments as well as chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Branden can treat all patients ages 10 and up.   As a registered nurse, Branden worked at the University of Louisville Hospital in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. After obtaining his Master’s degree, he worked as a nurse practitioner at MD2U followed by a position at Body Shapes Medical. He is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing Honor Society) and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.   Branden’s method of care is highly focused on teaching and learning. Branden believes in exploring the underlying root cause of all disease and how this impacts the whole self. His thirst for knowledge, particularly in relation to healing the body with the resources God has provided in nature, is his driving motivation for seeking innovative means to treating the body holistically. However, he also believes that there are times where the advances in modern medicine are essential to patient care. At Louisville Integrative Primary Care, the mission is to bring these philosophies into practice to better treat the patients in order for them to live a happy, healthy long life.   As a Christian, Branden firmly believes in helping those less fortunate. He actively attends Sojourn Community Church and has participated in Sojourn Medical Clinics both as a nurse and nurse practitioner. He has volunteered with Brooklawn Boys Home and the Special Olympics and this spring he hopes to go to Guatemala with the advocacy organization, Hearts in Motion.   Branden has been an exercise and nutrition enthusiast his entire life and currently competes in triathlon races with the hopes of finishing the Louisville Ironman someday.
