New Location
We are now located in the new Westport Village. Our current address is 1315 Herr Lane, Suite 201, Louisville, KY 40222.

We are pleased to welcome Steven Johnson, DO, Nan Crossgrove, DC, and
Kimberly May, Stress Management and Wellness Coach to our staff.
Dr. Johnson has practiced Integrative and Osteopathic Medicine for
over 15 years and is the former medical director of the Fox Hollow
Clinic. He practices the same as a regular licensed medical doctor
with additional training in musculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Johnson,
will begin limited hours in Louisville while maintaining his full-
time practice in Clarksville, IN. He looks forward to working with
the MultiCare Centre to create the first comprehensive medical center
in the Kentucky/Indiana region.
Dr. Crossgrove has been in practice for over 20 years and is a
licensed provider in Kentucky, Indiana and Colorado. She has had
active private practices in Louisville and Southern Indiana since
1986 and is looking forward to joining the team here at the MultiCare
Centre. Her specializations include spinal correction and
rehabilitation, care and rehabilitation of injuries resulting from
motor vehicle accidents, Biomeridian® Stress Analysis, with holistic
nutritional, herbal, and homeopathic counseling. She is now accepting
new patients.
Kimberly May is a Licensed Stress Management Specialist and Wellness
Coach with over 11 years experience and training in Wellness and
Preventive Medicine. She is a Licensed HearthMath® Provider and
Licensed Wellness Inventory® Coach. Kimberly previously offered her
experience and talents for 6 years at the Foxhollow Clinic and Spa as
Marketing Director and Wellness Coach. She works with groups and
individuals on managing stress, improving health, and living a
balanced life and looks forward to working with clients in a team
based wellness environment.

New Major Announcement-F.D.A. Approval
A New, Non-Surgical Approach Using The MICROLIGHT 830 Laser For Cold Laser Therapy.
Patients are now being accepted for Treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
The ML 830 is also used in ongoing studies in pain relief, arthritis, lower back pain, any repetitive stress injury, tendonitis, sprains, strains, fibromyalgia, post-operative pain, tennis elbow and soft tissue injuries.

Insurance Update
In addition to Anthem BC/BS, we are now participating in Humana, Cigna, Aetna, CHA Health, United Health Care and all other ACN member plans.
