• Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time the services are rendered. Most health insurances cover many of the services provided. We accept cash, debit or credit card (MC or Visa are welcome), a personal check or a money order. Even for those who have no or limited coverage, we are proud of our tradition of affordability. We are NOT a part of any HMOs. We do, however, participate in Anthem - BlueCross/Blue Shield, Humana, Cigna, United Health Care (ACN) programs, and CHA Health. Workers' Comp. and Personal Injury (auto, injury, etc.) policies do cover our mainstream services. For other insurance policies or cafeteria style plans, a comprehensive statement is issued to
enable the patient to submit for reimbursement to the patient. We provide one-on-one appointments. This means the time reservation is made with only one patient per doctor/therapist for each time slot. We generally run ON TIME. There is a charge for missed appointments.
