He is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing Honor Society) and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives. Branden’s method of care is highly focused on teaching and learning. Branden believes in exploring the underlying root cause of all disease and how this impacts the whole self. His thirst for knowledge, particularly in relation to healing the body with the resources God has provided in nature, is his driving motivation for seeking innovative means to treating the body holistically. However, he also believes that there are times where the advances in modern medicine are essential to patient care. At Louisville Integrative Primary Care, the mission is to bring these philosophies into practice to better treat the patients in order for them to live a happy, healthy long life. As a Christian, Branden firmly believes in helping those less fortunate. He actively attends Sojourn Community Church and has participated in Sojourn Medical Clinics both as a nurse and nurse practitioner. He has volunteered with Brooklawn Boys Home and the Special Olympics and this spring he hopes to go to Guatemala with the advocacy organization, Hearts in Motion. Branden has been an exercise and nutrition enthusiast his entire life and currently competes in triathlon races with the hopes of finishing the Louisville Ironman someday.
